Tra conferme e qualche sorpresa, tutti i premi della 74 Edizione

La 74esima edizione degli Emmy Awards 2022 sulla NBC  ha visto diverse conferme tra i vincitori, insieme a tante altre sorprese.

Durante la cerimonia ospitata da Kenan Thompson, Ted Lasso” di Apple TV + ha vinto come migliore serie comica per il secondo anno consecutivo. The White Lotus” di HBO Max ha conquistato il premio per la migliore serie limitata e “Succession” di HBO ha conquistato il più alto onore della serata con l’Emmy come serie drammatica.

La star di “Squid Game” di Netflix, Lee Jung-jae, è il primo attore asiatico a vincere come protagonista in una serie drammatica e la quarta persona asiatica a vincere un Emmy per la recitazione, mentre la star di “Euphoria” della HBO Zendaya è diventata la prima donna nera a vincere come attrice protagonista in una serie drammatica e la più giovane due volte vincitrice di un Emmy nella storia.

La star di “Hacks” Jean Smart ha vinto come miglior attrice in una serie comica per lo show HBO Max, e la star di “Ted Lasso” di Apple TV + Jason Sudeikis ha ancora una volta preso il massimo onore come attore in una serie comica.

Amanda Seyfried vince come attrice protagonista in una serie limitata per la sua interpretazione della fondatrice di Theranos Elizabeth Holmes in The Dropout” di Hulu e l’attrice preferita dai fan di “The White Lotus” Jennifer Coolidge ha vinto come attrice non protagonista in una serie limitata. Dal punto di vista della recitazione, gli onori sono stati assegnati a Michael Keaton che vince come attore protagonista in una serie limitata per “Dopesick” di Hulu e Murray Bartlett come non protagonista per “The White Lotus” della HBO.

Matthew Macfadyen vince per il suo ruolo di supporto in “Succession”, per il quale era stato precedentemente nominato nel 2020.  Julia Garner ottiene il premio  per l’ultima stagione di “Ozark” di Netflix, in cui ha interpretato Ruth Langmore, segnando la sua terza vittoria agli Emmy per la parte.

La star di “Abbott ElementarySheryl Lee Ralph ha fatto la storia come la seconda vincitrice nera nella storia in una categoria di serie comiche.

Brett Goldstein di “Ted Lasso” ha vinto per il secondo anno consecutivo.

Hwang Dong-hyuk di “Squid Game” è diventato il primo regista asiatico a vincere per la sceneggiatura nella categoria delle serie drammatiche e il primo regista in assoluto a vincere per una serie in lingua non inglese, e la creatrice e star di “Abbott Elementary Quinta Brunson ha vinto per la scrittura di serie comiche.
